നികുതി വെട്ടിപ്പ് തടയൂ... സമ്മാനം നേടൂ - പദ്ധതി വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ

പ്രത്യേക ശ്രദ്ധക്ക് : അനർഹമായ അഥവാ നിരോധിത ഇൻപുട്ട് നികുതി സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരണം GSTR-3B റിട്ടേണിൽ പട്ടിക 4B യിൽ നിർബന്ധമായും ചേർക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. വിശദാംശം ട്രേഡ് സർക്കുലർ 1 / 2022 കാണുക.

ജി .എസ് .ടി റൂൾ 46 (ബി) പ്രകാരം നികുതിദായകർ ഓരോ സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷവും ഇൻവോയ്സുകളുടെ യൂണീക്ക് ആയിട്ടുള്ള സീരീസ് പുതിയതായി തയ്യാറാക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട് .

2022 -2023 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ നികുതിദായകന്റെ പാൻ (PAN) - അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള മൊത്ത വാർഷിക വിറ്റ് വരവ് (Aggregate Turnover) 10 കോടിയിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആയിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് 1 ഏപ്രിൽ, 2023 മുതൽ ഇ - ഇൻവോയ്സിങ് നിർബന്ധം

ഐ .ജി .എസ് .ടി അടയ്ക്കാതെ സെസ്സ് യൂണിറ്റുകളിലേക്കോ , വിദേശ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്കോ ചരക്കുകളോ , സേവനങ്ങളോ കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്യുന്ന എല്ലാ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത കയറ്റുമതിക്കാരും 2023 -2024 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തേക്ക് ലെറ്റർ ഓഫ് അണ്ടർടേക്കിങ് ( LUT ) ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി ഫയൽ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുണ്ട് . പ്രസ്തുത സൗകര്യം ജി .എസ് .ടി പോർട്ടലിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ലഭ്യമാണ് .

കോമ്പോസിഷൻ സ്കീം ഇപ്പോൾ അപേക്ഷിക്കാം: നികുതിദായക്കർക്ക് 2024-2025 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തേക്കുള്ള കോമ്പോസിഷൻ സ്കീം തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സൗകര്യം ജി. എസ്. ടി പോർട്ടലിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്. കോമ്പോസിഷൻ സ്കീമിലേക്ക് മാറാൻ അർഹതയുള്ള നികുതിദായകർക്ക് 2024 മാർച്ച് 31-ന് മുമ്പ് കോമ്പോസിഷൻ സ്കീം തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. www.gst.gov.in വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ Services->User services->Registration->Application to opt for Composition Levy. ഇവിടെ നിന്നും CMP-02 ഫയൽ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.
കേരളാ പൊതുവില്പന നികുതി നിയമം. 1963, കേരള ഫിനാൻസ് ആക്ട്, 2008 എന്നിവ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ചില സെസ്, അഡിഷണൽ സെയിൽസ് ടാക്സ് എന്നിവ ഒടുക്കുന്ന രീതിയിലുള്ള മാറ്റങ്ങൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച വ്യാപാരികൾക്കുള്ള നിർദേശങ്ങൾ. – ട്രേഡ് സർക്കുലർ 15/2023 കാണുക
.എസ്.ടി നിയമം സെക്ഷൻ 17(‭5‬) പ്രകാരം അനുവദനീയമല്ലാത്ത ഇൻപുട്ട് ടാക്സ് ക്രെഡിറ്റ് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദാംശങ്ങളും, ഇവ തെറ്റായി എടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് DRC-03 ഉപയോഗിച്ച് റിവേഴ്‌സ് ചെയ്യുന്നതും സർക്കുലർ 1/2021-ൽ വിശദീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

File Nil GSTR-3B through SMS For filing Nil return SMS ‘NIL<space>3B<space>GSTIN<space> Tax period in MMYYYY format and send it to 14409 from the registered mobile number. For example, for filing a return for the month of May 2020, the taxpayer having GSTIN 09AGBPS5577MSZC should send, NIL 3B 09AGBPS5577MSZC 052020 to 14409.After sending the SMS, Taxpayer will receive a six-digit verification code through SMS. The taxpayer will send another SMS CNF<space>3B<space>06 digit verification code to 14409. For example if the received verification code is 782503 then he will send: CNF 3B 782503 to 14409.The Taxpayer will finally receive a success message with Application Reference Number (ARN) indicating that NIL filing of GSTR-3B has been successful.
