 1 M/s Drisya Advertising, Ernakulam – Taxability on rent received for mounting flex boards on hoardings and amount received for undertaking wall paintings on walls taken on lease
 2 M/s Talash Plastopacks, Kannur – Commodities such as plastic tray, plastic containers, plastic box, plastic bowl and plastic lid are taxable @ 12.5% I 13.5% I 14.5%, as the case may be.
 3 M/s Anna Ayurvedics, Punalur – The products “Anna Vita” and “Anna Tone” are taxable @ 12.5%  / 13.5% / 14.5%.
4 KVAT Act, 2003 – Revision U/s 94 (7) – Rate of tax of the commodities such as plastic tray, plastic containers, plastic box, plastic bowl and plastic lid
5 KVAT Act, 2003 – Suo- motu Revision U/s 94 (7) – Clarification of Tax liability on rent received for mounting flex boards on hoardings and amount received for undertaking wall paintings on walls taken on lease.
